I had a good run around Sembawang area starting from 9:50am to 10:40am, clocking around 50 minutes. During the first 40 minutes, I maintained the consistent pace of 10km/hr (not sure whether it is of the correct units for speed of running) and the last 10 minutes, my speed accelerated to 15km/hr. After the run, I felt so good and I forgot to take my pulse rate. It is important to take note of the pulse rate and compare with the standard pulse rate. Good cardio work out!

We had regular dragon boat training at Kallang River. As usual we would have 30 long hard pull strokes and then repeat this stroke. Then we proceeded from the first bridge to second bridge non-stop and from the second bridge back to the jetty. Good training and I felt good!
26th March 2006 9pm
I went to gym and embarked on Body-for-Life training for my first time. Overall, it is not bad for the beginner and I continue to work hard to achieve my goal.
