I went for cardio training, running for 20 minutes. Initially, I ran at the speed of 10km/hr for 10 minutes and then I increased my speed to 11km/hr till 15 minutes. Then I challenged myself to increase my running speed to 14km/hrs until 20 minutes was up. I felt good after running.
Tonight, I had a huge Japanese dinner that left me feeling bloated. :(. I should learn to exercise more caution in selecting right quantity of food not as to leave me feeling bloated overnight. A lesson to be learnt. It is good to know how much exactly I need to have for my meal.
